How pricing works
One simple principle: you pay when a sale is verified
There are no listing fees, no setup fees, and no charge for clicks or impressions. Your cost is a commission you control, settled only on orders that pass verification, plus a platform fee on qualifying performance. If an order doesn’t stick, the commission is reversed and you pay nothing on it.

The model
Performance-based commission, transparent platform fee
Your total cost on any sale has two parts you can see on every commission record: the commission you set, and the platform fee on qualifying performance. Both are configurable, both are tied to real, verified orders.
Commission you control
You set thisYou decide the commission rate that affiliates earn — and you can set it at different levels for different needs. A higher rate attracts more affiliate attention to a product or campaign; a platform default acts as a sensible fallback wherever you haven’t set a specific rate.
- Per product — set a precise rate on individual items, ideal for high-margin or hero products.
- Per campaign — boost a seasonal push, a new launch, or a clearance with a campaign-wide rate.
- Merchant default — one fallback rate applied wherever a product or campaign rate isn’t specified.
Platform fee (take rate)
ConfigurableOn top of the affiliate commission, a configurable platform fee covers attribution, fraud screening, payouts to affiliates, reporting, and support. It is agreed with you during onboarding, applied only to qualifying performance, and shown transparently on every commission so there are never hidden charges.

- Reversed alongside the commission whenever an order is refunded or returned.
A quick illustration
Suppose a buyer completes a verified order through an affiliate’s link. You owe the affiliate the commission you configured for that product or campaign, and the platform applies its agreed fee on the qualifying amount. Everything else — the click, the redirect, the tracking, the reporting — costs you nothing. Exact rates depend on your category and volume and are finalised with you during onboarding, so we don’t quote a single fixed rate here.
A real, completed sale is attributed to an affiliate.
Your configured commission and the platform fee are applied.
After the return window clears, the commission becomes payable.
When charges apply
You only pay once an order is truly verified
Every commission moves through a clear lifecycle. Nothing becomes a real cost to you until the order is confirmed and the return window has passed — and anything that falls through is reversed.
The order has been attributed to you and a commission has been created, awaiting the merchant to confirm the order.
The order is confirmed but in the return/refund window (or under review). Commission is locked until the hold period passes.
The order is verified. The commission is approved and moving toward becoming payable.
The hold has cleared. This commission is available in your balance and can be included in a payout request.
The commission has been paid out to you. This is a final state.
The order was cancelled, returned, refunded, or failed verification, so the commission was reversed.

The performance model fits most merchants out of the box. For larger catalogues, higher order volumes, or teams that want dedicated tooling, optional platform plans are on the roadmap. They are available on request, with no enforced limits or lock-in today.
